A vibrant social life at Penucheldre

Penucheldre doesn’t just have luxury flats. The campus is also a social hub offering communal facilities and activities of all kind.

The heart of the building is the bright, open area between the two accommodation blocks, and this is where our social and communal facilities are located. Here you can enjoy delicious, affordable meals at our restaurant or meet a friend for a cuppa at the coffee bar before dropping by the fitness room or hair and beauty salon.

You may choose to learn a new skill at our hobbies room... or perhaps you’d rather just enjoy watching the world go by in our south-facing garden.

Remember that your friends can join you – whether they are a tenant or not – by joining Clwb Pen Llys, which is open to all older people in the area. Friends or family can also come and stay overnight by booking our guest bedroom.

Whatever you choose to do here at Penucheldre, our priority is to ensure that your retirement is filled with good company and exciting opportunities, whatever your interests are.

Our communal facilities:

restaurant and coffee bar
fitness, beauty and therapy rooms
training and hobbies rooms
informal areas for watching the world go by
beautiful south-facing garden
